My role as a teacher and mentor is primarily to inspire curiosity, to help students see themselves in what they learn.
My teaching philosophy centers on enabling a discovery mindset. I strive to create safe, playful, and autonomous learning environments, where students are empowered to explore and take ownership of their learning. In these contexts, I’ve noticed students consistently take on much more complex and ambitious projects – yet feel less overwhelmed – as their work is aligned with their natural curiosity and learning styles.
